WAGYU STEAK in Kobe, Japan! Today we sampled the most prized beef in the whole world-Kobe. We traveled from Osaka to Kobe by train specifically for this dish! We went to a restaurant called Kobe Kikusui Kitanosaka Honten on a rainy afternoon in Japan and proceeded to have the world's most tender and juicy beef! It was definitely the best steak we have ever had!
Although we didn't get to sample any Japanese street food we did eat some other famous food in Japan: Okonomiyaki! A Osaka speciality, this Japanese savoury pancake is packed with hearty ingredients and coated in sauce! .
