Miyajima, Strolling Daisho-in and the winter scenery / 宮島 大聖院の散策と冬の景色

Daishoin is a temple located on Itsukushima (Miyajima), a short distance beyond Itsukushima Shrine and the Otorii. Because there are many Buddha statues and Jizo statues, it is a place where you can see the Japanese atmosphere. You can hear the chanting of the sutra nearby, so please take a walk while looking at the scenery. It's winter and you can see the view from the leafless trees. MIYAJIMA / Miyajima | Deer, shrine and momiji manju! (Japan Travel Vlog # 8)

While we were in Hiroshima, we took a day trip to a nearby island called Miyajima (or Itsukushima). so long and it did not disappoint.The island is filled with deer that wander around freely.The shrine and torii gate were amazing and looked way better in person.We also enjoyed some of Miyajima's food specialties like the momiji manju and anago meshi.Overall we had an amazing time at this wonderful place.I would highly recommend coming here 🙂 Enjoy!
